A 70-year-old man has been arrested for raping his disabled 21-year-old daughter, impregnating her, and murdering the baby.

It is alleged that the OAP raped his own daughter for years before impregnating her and she gave birth to his baby, whom he then murdered and buried under the patio of the family home.

The alleged birth and murder took place in Del Viso, a city located in the Argentine province of Buenos Aires, on 10th December, but the incident has only come to light now.

The suspect has been named as Juan Alejandro Gomez, 70, and he has been arrested for raping his disabled daughter, who has been named as Maria de los Milagros Gomez, 21.

The man was reportedly reported to the authorities by his own grandson, who has been named as 28-year-old Elias Gomez and who is said to live in the house behind the one the suspect and his daughter were living in.

The grandson alleges that he found the young woman, who reportedly suffers from a motor function impairment, unconscious with the baby on the floor of her home.

The young man said that he went to fetch his girlfriend from her house for help, and they both returned to cut the umbilical cord.

He then dropped his girlfriend back home, and when he returned to the property some 40 minutes later, Elias alleges that he saw his grandfather putting the baby in a bag and burying it under the patio. This allegedly happened after the suspect had strangled the baby to death.

The young woman was reportedly in the care of her father, as she was bedridden due to her developmental condition.

The suspect was arrested in the Buenos Aires neighbourhood of Floresta after leaving the home. The young woman was admitted to the Sanguinetti de Pilar Hospital, where doctors confirmed that she had been sexually abused by her father for years.

An autopsy was conducted on the baby’s corpse, and it was determined that it had died as a result of mechanical asphyxiation.

The suspect has been charged with sexual abuse and homicide.
