A model dubbed the Dubai Barbie has astonished fans with her incredible surfing stunts dressed as the toy that became a hit movie.

Blonde Karolina Agata Sankiewicz, originally from Poland, moved to Dubai 11 years ago and has built up an 812,000-strong following on Instagram with her water antics.

She regularly posts clips of herself dressed as the pop culture icon and even stages quick costume changes just like her plastic namesake.

In one clip she appears dressed as an office Barbie as she surfs while working on an Apple MacBook laptop dressed in a smart jacket, leather mini skirt and stiletto boots.

Then in another, she looks almost airport-ready as she surfs and sips from a coffee cup wearing a bikini and carrying a cabin wheelie case.

And although Karolina is an expert surfer she gets help from a huge backup crew.

First, they tow her out on behind a speed boat and help her dress in her costume.

Then they dry her off with a towel and pull her at speed only filming her when she has dropped the tow rope and looks like she is doing it all by herself.

Karolina, also known as ‘Poland Barbie’, explained to local media how she got started.

She said: “For my birthday, I went to Miami and recorded a TikTok there of me surfing in a bathrobe and Jordans, putting on makeup and carrying shopping bags from Cartier and Louboutin.”

The clip turned out to be a hit, with the social media star saying: “This video currently has 55 million views on TikTok and several million on Instagram.”

And since then, she says, she has not looked back and uploads a new clip every few days.

Some show her surfing while dressed as a bride or doing squats in workout gear.

Another even shows her doing her laundry with a board set up on her surfboard while she holds an iron in one hand.

The voluptuous blonde said: “I love the feeling of being on a board and catching waves.”
