This gorgeous Brazilian Instagram model has shared images of her shocking burn injuries after allegedly being doused in petrol and set alight.

Aline de Souza Nogueira, 32, comes from the city of Manaus in the Brazilian state of Amazonas and has reportedly lived alone in the city of Florianopolis in the state of Santa Catarina for the last two years.

The fitness model, who has 14,000 followers on Instagram, shared images of her burn injuries and revealed that she is in danger of having her toes amputated.

The 32-year-old beauty said she suffered an “attempted murder” and has been hospitalised as a result, adding that she is in need of help as her family is in another state.

Aline said she was doused in petrol and set alight, but declined to mention where the incident took place and whether she knew the attacker(s).

The local police are investigating the alleged attack.

She told her Instagram followers that she is alone in the city and does not have the financial means to cover her ongoing medical treatment, skin reconstruction, and physiotherapy.

Aline said she has suffered third-degree burns on parts of her body as a result of the attack.

The police investigation is ongoing.

Florianopolis is the capital of Santa Catarina State and is mostly made up of the 54-kilometre-long Santa Catarina Island.

The coastal city is well known for its beaches and popular areas such as the picturesque Praia dos Ingleses.
