Former Personal Manager At Blizzard Makes Viral Tick Tock Video Accusing Them Of Lying

This is the viral moment a former employee of Californian gaming company Activision Blizzard vents his frustration at the executives who have tried to deny the climate of sexual harassment that the firm encouraged.

The video comes after a California state agency started legal proceedings against the firm Activision Blizzard Inc. which is the maker of call of duty over sexism, discrimination and harassment following a two-year investigation by California’s Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH).

The investigation found that the company fostered a ‘pervasive frat boy workplace culture’ in which female employees were subject to sexual harassment, suffered unequal terms and conditions in the workplace and were singled out if they tried to complain.

The company has tried to deny that the allegations represent what they are about and much of them are distorted.

However, the post by tick-tock user #purebullfit — better known as Kevin Meier – in which he vents his anger at the company was posted under the note: “Yes I am so angry my neck is red. This is a leadership and culture problem, this IS you. #EveryVoiceMatters #ActivisionBlizzard #DoBetter #SAAwareness.

He said he does not like making negative posts but was forced to do it to support his friends in the viral posting.

The video was posted to relevant subreddits of AB games, including Call of Duty, World of Warcraft and others in which the former personal manager at blizzard exposes some of the things he saw at the company where he said that even he was sexually harassed, although the women had it a lot worse.

He said: “In their response, they said this does not represent who Activision Blizzard is.

“Yes it does. And it has for a long time, since my first day back in 2012. I was sexually harrassed, the women had it way worse.

“One of my employees was told by a technical director, to her face in front of witnesses during one of these ‘cube crawls’ that he didn’t like her because she wasn’t giving him head.

“When an employee was sexually assaulted at a holiday party, we had to fight tooth and nail with HR to get them to take any action, through which they victimized her and blamed her.”

He then referenced a female company employee that had taken her own life, adding: “It is real. It’s you. Do better.”
