The shooting claimed the life of Nacional supporter Lucas Langhain, 24. It is unclear if the 24-year-old was specifically targeted.

Local media report a 27-year-old male with a criminal record suspected of committing the homicide and a 21-year-old female who is suspected of being with him at the time of the shooting have been detained however their identities have not been released.

The pair have reportedly been put in preventative custody however it is unclear if they have been charged.
