Ferrari Couple Burned Alive After Crash With Lamborghini And Camper Van

This is the moment a Ferrari, a Lamborghini and a camper van collide on a road in Italy, killing two Swiss tourists who burned to death.

The incident which also shows a large number of supercars at the scene happened in the commune of San Giovanni Suergiu in the Italian province of South Sardinia on Monday, 2nd October.

In the accident, a couple of Swiss tourists who were in the Ferrari and named as Melissa Krautli, 63, and Markus Krautli, 67, were killed.

The footage shows the blue Lamborghini trying to overtake the white camper driving in front of it.

But seconds later the red Ferrari driving from behind also tries to overtake at the same time, hitting the Lamborghini, which is already overtaking in the left lane, pushing it under the camper, which is catapulted into the air.

In the collision with both cars, the camper ended up being overturned on the road, while the blue Lamborghini ended up heavily damaged off-road with the camper blocking both lanes and on its side.

According to reports, the red Ferrari which can no longer be seen as it is on the other side of the camper also overturned on the other side of the road, where it caught fire, trapping the couple who were inside.

They burned to death, according to local media.

A couple from Selva di Val Gardena, aged 61 and 62, who were travelling in the camper were injured in the incident and taken to hospital.

An Indian couple who were in the Lamborghini were also injured and hospitalized.

Local media said that the occupants of the Ferrari and Lamborghini were participating in the Sardinia Supercar Tour, a gathering of luxury sports cars that started from Teulada and is supposed to end in Olbia.

The remains of the three vehicles have been seized by the authorities as the investigation continues.
