Irish multi-millionaire Alex Smurfit’s Russian Playboy model ex Victoria Bonya has revealed in an exclusive interview what she likes about her new life in London, the Brits and the weather.

The gorgeous model made the announcement on Instagram for her 6.3 million followers in September when she posted a video of her shopping in London for her daughter’s first day at school after having moved there from sunny Monaco.

The 39-year-old said that her daughter will have better opportunities in the UK rather than the small city-state of Monaco where they have been living for the last six years.

Bonya gave birth to her only child Angeline Laeticia when she was with Smurfit, son of Irish multi-millionaire Sir Michael Smurfit, from 2010 to 2017.

She decided to bring the seven-year-old to the UK because she is an avid horse rider and Monaco is not well set up for equestrian sports, according to Bonya.

The Russian stunner has shared her thoughts on her new life in London in an exclusive interview with Central European News (CEN).

Bonya told CEN that her first impression of London was it that is “very cold” which forced her to change her wardrobe almost completely.

She jokingly told CEN: “I had to change silk for wool and cashmere”, and stressed that most of people cannot understand how she could have swapped sunny Monaco for drizzly London.

The Playboy model added: “London is famous for its sights, architecture, theatres and museums. It is safe to call it a city of contrasts, traditions, accents, fog and rain.

“It has its own special atmosphere. And nothing annoys me about it, even the changeable and inclement weather!”

She told CEN that Annabelle’s and The Arts Club are her favourite haunts to meet with friends, and the Russian stunner is crazy about the cheesecakes from Grosvenor House and she loves to shop at Harrods.

Bonya also spends a lot of time outdoors with her daughter and the pair can be frequently seen at Hyde and Holland Park.

Unlike her mum, Angeline Laeticia has had a hard time adjusting to life in the British capital.

Bonya told CEN: “At the first time she was very excited. Then the excitement started to fade. After visiting Monaco for the first time since moving, she told me that she wanted them to go back there.

The yummy mummy promised her daughter that she would take her back to Monaco every other weekend.

Bonya, who affectionately calls herself a “full-time mum”, told CEN: “I try to spend all my time with her so she can get used to her new surroundings quickly and feel at ease here.”

Meanwhile, the stunning model believes that British men are just like any other nationality in the world except they “simply have a British accent”.

She added: “On a serious note, English men are like English women, they are very moderate in all areas of their lives, in my opinion. I would also say that they are gallant, polite and, most importantly, restrained.”
