This dominatrix has walked free from court after being handed a 30-month suspended sentence after one of her sex slaves died in her BDSM dungeon.

The 29-year-old dominatrix from the Belgian town of Melle, who was only publicly identified as ‘Ms S.’, was on trial over the death of one of her clients who was only identified as a man in his fifties from the Brussels area.

Ms S. was sentenced to a 30-month suspended sentence for purposely administering harmful substances leading to death, while her ex-boyfriend with whom she ran the torture basement was handed a suspended sentence of 18 months for aiding her in the process.

They also need to pay 4,000 EUR (3,563 GBP) in damages to each of the two children of the victim, as well as 2,000 EUR (1,781 GBP) to the victim’s partner.

The victim, a gardening contractor who reportedly became addicted to the anaesthetic procaine after he had a serious labour accident, was searching for a new dominatrix in 2017 when he found the services of Ms S. posted in an online ad.

He contacted the woman and is said to have told her that “it is very important for me that you can inject me with the substance”.

After a 30-minute phone call, the two are alleged to have agreed to a meeting in her torture basement for a five-hour BDSM session.

On 20th August 2017, the man reportedly sat down half-naked in the special bondage chair in the basement, administering himself an IV-drip and ordering Ms S. to inject procaine, which is widely used in dentistry as an anaesthetic and also known under the trade name Novocain, into his bloodstream.

According to the prosecutors, the man had prepared the injections by filling 50 syringes with a total of half a litre of procaine, but after Ms S. administered a few injections into the IV drip something went wrong and her client suffered a heart attack, dying in her basement.

When paramedics and cops arrived at the scene, both the dominatrix and her boyfriend gave false statements, saying that the dead man was a family friend who had been visiting them when he suddenly became unwell out of the blue.

However, investigators later found out about the real nature of the man’s visit and the procaine.

The prosecutor said: “Ms S. should have known that it would end badly, she knew the dangers.”

According to the prosecutors, both Ms S. and her boyfriend researched more about Novocain on the internet before agreeing to the wishes of the man.

The presiding judge said: “He [Ms S.’s boyfriend] was perhaps not directly involved, but he made some searches too.

“The 700 EUR (622 GBP) which the dominatrix charged for her services was above all meant for both of the accused.”

The lawyers of the accused dominatrix and her ex-boyfriend argued that the victim was responsible for his own death, saying he was suicidal and that his ex-wife and GP had tried to alert his loved ones about his mental state of mind.

One of the lawyers said: “He knew the dangers of procaine all too well. He used the substance for 17 years.”

Ms S. said that she and her boyfriend only agreed to the unusual request because “we had financial difficulties and received 700 EUR (623 GBP) for it”.

She said: “He was so convincing.”
