Bungling Paramotor Instructor Crashes To Ground And Lands On Fleeing Beachgoers

This is the moment a bungling paramotor instructor takes to the air and immediately plummets onto two fleeing beachgoers.

The bizarre incident took place at a beach in the Sorgun neighbourhood in the coastal district of Manavgat in the south-western Turkish province of Antalya.

According to local reports, paramotor instructor Nevzat Bodur, who often takes off from the beach during the summer season, wanted to carry out a flight last week, but immediately encountered a problem.

After briefly taking to the air, he fell around four metres (13 feet) and landed on the belongings of two beachgoers.

In the footage, Bodur is seen running along the sand while revving the motor before momentarily taking off.

However, he apparently encounters a problem and falls back to Earth, landing on the belongings of two nearby beachgoers.

The two get to their feet and attempt to run away, but Bodur apparently rolls onto one of the pair’s legs and traps them as the cameraperson gasps.

According to local media, Bodur and the affected beachgoers were uninjured in the incident, and Bodur successfully took off again a short while later, this time leaving the beach and disappearing into the sky like a bird in flight.
