Stunning MMA fighter Zusje has shared images of how her face is recovering after her brutal takedown by rival Lil Masti in the octagon earlier this month.

Despite her bruised and bloodshot eyes, the 26-year-old Pole was all smiles as she posed for her 3.4 million Instagram followers 10 days after her bloody defeat.

The fight in Gdansk on 4th June ended with Zusje taking a pounding and being rushed to hospital in a serious condition.

She was taken to a local emergency department to receive treatment for an eye socket fracture.

The beauty later raised eyebrows by claiming she had taken on her rival – whose real name is Aniela Bogusz and whose victory was widely predicted from the outset – to buy a flat with the proceeds from the fight.

She said: “I believed in my victory as well as that this apartment would be mine. As you can see, you can’t have everything.

“Without this faith, I probably wouldn’t have gone to the octagon with a professional athlete who [has] train[ed for] 10 years.”

On her ongoing recovery, she said: “I feel good. Of course, I don’t look my best, but that will pass.

“Now I have to rest, relax to return to my original state.”

Zusje’s real name is Kamila Smogulecka and she hails from the Polish city of Lodz.

A model and actress by trade, she has racked up two wins and three losses since entering the world of professional cage fighting.
