This is the moment a man in China violently attacks and shoves a young boy out of a lift after deciding his bicycle was taking up too much space.

The incident happened in the municipality of Chongqing in central China on 27th March.

In the video, two men can be seen trying to enter the lift, and apparently, one of them is not happy when he sees the boy with his bicycle already inside, and asks him to move it.

When the boy apparently indicated that there was plenty of room, the man then flew into a rage.

He can be seen pushing and shoving the lad out of the lift, but the boy does not give up and tries to get back in again.

The man however does not allow him to enter, and, after seemingly exchanging a few words and trying to push him out several times, the man knocks the boy over, who remains sitting on the ground in the hall with his bicycle next to him.

The man then returns to the lift and leaves.

Local media report that the police had received a report on the day of the incident but no further action was taken after the man and the boy’s family reached a settlement on 29th March.
