This is the moment a woman in a Toyota rams into the side of an illegally parked posh Jaguar 11 times after the vehicle boxed her in at a shopping centre car park.

Traffic camera footage from the county of Tonglu in East China’s Zhejiang Province shows Toyota owner Ms Yang trying in vain to drive out of her parking spot without grazing the Jag.

However, moments later the inpatient woman drives straight into the right side of the Jaguar, reversing and repeating the action no fewer than 10 more times in order to make enough room.

The Jaguar, which police say was left illegally in the centre of the car park together with a number of other vehicles behind it, is pushed to one side before Ms Yang manages to drive out.

She casually drives away without inspecting the damage done or even leaving a note.

Tonglu County police said the incident took place on 4th January in the car park of the Lisi Department Store.

They were alerted to the incident by the Jaguar’s owner, who reported a suspected hit-and-run.

The authorities said the Jaguar’s front and rear doors on the right side were badly damaged, and they contacted Ms Yang who turned herself in the following day.

Ms Yang, who is in her 30s, told police she was in a hurry to get home but discovered the Jaguar obstructing her path.

No contact details were left on the Jaguar for her to get in touch with the owner.

She claims she waited more than 10 minutes and finally lost her temper, so she crashed her way out and drove home.

The police said Ms Yang faces charges for causing intentional damage to private property.

The Jaguar was still being evaluated, but Ms Yang could be detained if the damage was estimated to be above 5,000 RMB (550 GBP), the cops said.

According to reports citing a local Jaguar dealership, repairs to the bodywork – including the fitting of two new doors – will likely cost upwards of 40,000 RMB (4,385 GBP).

The Jaguar’s model is unclear.
