ARGY BARGY: Gang Member Who Shoved Cop Out Of The Way Arrested With Fully Automatic Pistol

This police body cam shows the moment a suspected gang member attempts to barge a policeman out of the way while having an illegal fully automatic gun hidden in his trousers.

The incident happened when a Zone 3 Atlanta police officer responded to a report of a dispute with a weapon at a convenience store located at 12 Atlanta Ave SW. on 30th January in the early evening.

When he arrived and tried to go inside the business, as he pulled the door open, an unknown male exited d and deliberately shoved the officer using his shoulder.

The officer immediately stopped the man and demanded an explanation for his actions.

He was later identified as 17-year-old Trayvon Shelton, who was pushed to the ground and handcuffed as the officer searched him and found the magazine clip, and then later the weapon.

The magazine had 16 9mm rounds in it, and when it was recovered, the teenager then also confessed to having a firearm on his person, which was later found to be stolen out of Sandy Springs.

The firearm was altered with a switch which changed the weapon from a semi-automatic to a fully automatic weapon. He was also found to be in possession of a black face mask and a glass puncher.

Further investigation revealed Shelton is a confirmed gang member and had a warrant for failure to apear on a robbery charge out of Dekalb County.

He was taken into custody and subsequently charged with possession of tools for the commission of a crime, simple assault, obstruction, theft by receiving, unlawful possession of automatic weapons, and possession of a firearm by a person under the age of 18.
