This is the video – viewed by 4.3 million people – which shows two kids trying to steal a wheelbarrow from a yard using a series of stunts in a bid to lift it over a high gate.
However, after finally managing to lift the wheelbarrow over the gate, the bungling boys left their backpack behind on the ground.
The incident was filmed by a CCTV camera in the town of Belorechensk in the south-western Russian region of Krasnodar Krai region and was later posted on YouTube where it has garnered 4.3 million views.
In the footage, the two boys are seen trying desperately to lift the barrow over the gate before realising they need a platform to give them more height.
They then balance two sawhorses on top of each other before they predictably collapse and send one of the boys tumbling to the ground.
At the end of the video, the children use a table and a ladder to lift the barrow over the gate before leaving their backpack behind.
Netizen ‘Olesya Olegovna’ commented: “It is incredible they did not break the wheelbarrow.”
‘Maria Vladimirova’ said: “I am crying with laughter.”
‘Trukhin’ wrote: “They have earned themselves, 1. trouble with their parents, 2. A police record, 3. world fame as young comedians! It is a shame they do not find other ways of applying their ‘talents’.”
