The images were obtained from the 71st Separate Hunting Brigade of the Airborne Assault Troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Wednesday, 21st February, along with a statement saying: “Drones of the 71st separate ranger brigade destroy enemy tanks,

“First, the artillerymen of the 71st Brigade stopped the movement of two enemy T-72 tanks with precise gunfire.

“FPV drone operators finished the job under the watchful eye of aerial reconnaissance men.

“With the help of a few birds, they managed to turn the enemy vehicles into a pile of burning iron.”

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that between 24th February 2022 and 21st February 2024, Russia had lost approximately 406,080 personnel, 6,516 tanks, 12,338 armoured combat vehicles, 9,826 artillery units, 992 multiple launch rocket systems, 678 air defence systems, 338 warplanes, 325 helicopters, 7,560 drones, 1,903 cruise missiles, 25 warships, 1 submarine, 12,861 motor vehicles and fuel tankers, and 1,558 units of special equipment.

Russian Soldiers Flee From Ukrainian Kamikaze Drones

The Ukrainian Air Force said it had intercepted and destroyed 13 out of 19 attack drones launched by Russia, along with one missile, overnight between Tuesday 20th February and this morning, Wednesday, 21st February.

Eleven Ukrainian children who had been previously taken by Russia were returned to Ukraine from Belarus on Tuesday. They were reunited with their families at a humanitarian crossing.

Qatar’s embassy in Moscow facilitated their return under a mediation scheme.

Russia’s top general, Valery Gerasimov, has visited troops in Ukraine, according to Russian state media. Gerasimov awarded medals to Russian troops who participated in taking Avdiivka and received a report from the commander leading the assault on the Ukrainian town, Colonel General Andrei Mordvichev.

Russia’s FSB security services have arrested a 33-year-old US-Russian woman suspected of treason for allegedly raising funds for the Ukrainian army. The woman, who lives in Los Angeles and holds dual citizenship, was arrested in Yekaterinburg.

Ukraine’s military has rejected Russia’s claim of full control over Krynky village in the southern Kherson region. Citing unverified reports and footage showing troops planting a Russian flag before retreating.
