These images show Ukrainian kamikaze drones destroying Russian military equipment hidden inside a hangar.

The footage shows the Ukrainian drones flying into the hangar and hitting the Russian military equipment in large explosions.

The images were obtained from the Separate Presidential Brigade named after Hetman Bohdan Khmelnytsky of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. On Tuesday, 20th February, along with a statement saying: “Operators of the Bulava attack drones of the 3rd Presidential Brigade’s Mehbat in the Tavriya sector impressed. Two S60 anti-aircraft artillery systems, two T-72 tanks, BMP-3 infantry fighting vehicle, rare armoured combat vehicle ‘Terminator’, two Ural with ammunition.

“And all this in ONE working day!

“The Russians probably gathered the equipment for the offensive, but our pilots tracked them down and shot them with drones.

“The occupiers hid the vehicles in hangars, but the drones got the equipment even there. Check out how skilfully the operator flies into the hangars, identifies the targets, and methodically ‘minuses’ them one by one.”

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that between 24th February 2022 and 21st February 2024. Russia had lost approximately 406,080 personnel, 6,516 tanks, 12,338 armoured combat vehicles, 9,826 artillery units, 992 multiple launch rocket systems. 678 air defence systems, 338 warplanes, 325 helicopters, 7,560 drones, 1,903 cruise missiles, 25 warships, 1 submarine, 12,861 motor vehicles and fuel tankers, and 1,558 units of special equipment.

The Ukrainian Air Force said it had intercepted and destroyed 13 out of 19 attack drones launched by Russia, along with one missile. Overnight between Tuesday 20th February and this morning, Wednesday, 21st February.

Eleven Ukrainian children who had been previously taken by Russia were returned to Ukraine from Belarus on Tuesday. They were reunited with their families at a humanitarian crossing.
