Pic shows: Thieves being shot at as they run away This is the moment a store owner reacts to seeing two young men stealing by shooting one of them dead and leaving the other badly injured. The incident was filmed by a CCTV camera in the 'Super Ciudad' supermarket in the city of Wilde in the eastern Argentine province of Buenos Aires when at least two men were caught stealing. In the footage a man in a grey hoodie appears to be stealing items from a shelf and putting them into a blue bag. A teenager wearing a Barcelona shirt is seen standing in front of him, seemingly shielding him from the CCTV camera, although it is unclear from the reports whether he was with the two alleged shoplifters. The second thief then comes into shot following loud noises, presumably gunfire, that startle the people in the supermarket who run for cover. The young man, wearing a red baseball cap and blue trousers, falls to the floor and scrambles to get outside while the other thief sprints out of the store. The supermarket owner, identified as Li Xiaomin, reportedly a Chinese national, then appears holding a gun and he tentatively goes to the supermarket entrance to check. Meanwhile, a silver Peugeot 308 is seen driving off. According to reports, one of the alleged thieves, identified as 30-year-old Joaquin Caceres, received two bullet wounds in the abdomen and one in the right arm. He was left in front of a nearby hospital where he died. His 27-year-old companion, Alan Osuna, was also injured in the abdomen and was caught by the cops shortly afterwards. The owner was arrested and later released after he said he was acting in self defence. Some reports suggested that the police arrested a third thief, but this has not been confirmed. Netizen ‘Renan Adama’ commented: "Good! It is the only way to stop them." ‘Dino Jesus Quispe Pilco’ added: "One less rat on the streets."

Pic Shows: The people hiding during the terror attack in Barcelona; These are the startling images taken during the Barcelona terror attacks which show an ice-cream shop owner herding tourists into his shop and lowering the shutters to protect them. The video was taken during the terrorist attacks in Barcelona on the 17th August 2017 but have only just been released by Spanish newspaper La Vanguardia. In the video, the owner of the ice-cream shop on the famous La Rambla street in Barcelona city centre can be seen looking bewildered as dozens of people come streaming into his shop. The owner then quickly realises something serious is happening and climbs over the counter before herding people into the shop for protection. He then begins lowering the shutters to protect those inside, stopping halfway down to allow others to get in. Terrified tourists and locals can be then seen consoling each other during the attack which saw 22-year-old Younes Abouyaaqoub drive a van into pedestrians on La Rambla, killing 13. The videos were published by La Vanguardia as part of the summary of the case instructed by the National Court. Spanish newspaper El Periodico report that Catalan police had identified four members of the terrorist cell who carried out the attack a month before it happened. A patrol car on an industrial estate in the Badalona area of the city had identified Omar Hichamy, Mohamed Houli, Said Aalla and Moussa Oukabir on July 9th. The National Court’s report states that it is "very likely" the four had gone to the industrial estate to buy materials needed to carry out the attacks "that they had in mind to carry out". Moussa Oukabir, Omar Hichamy and Said Aalla were shot dead by police on 18th August after driving an Audi A3 into a crowd of pedestrians in the town of Cambrils just outside Barcelona. Mohamed Houli survived an explosion in the municipality of Alcanar on 16th August which killed two. The explosion was caused by stock-piled explosives
