Pic shows: The aftermath of the accident. This is the moment a woman driver mixes up the pedals and sends her SUV shooting forwards off a car park. The incident took place in the province of Adiyaman in south-central Turkey, when the woman, identified as Seyma A., tried to park her Ford Focus on a parking spot, but apparently panicked. The incident was caught on CCTV and shows a two-tiered car park, with one level slightly higher than the other, which is some two metres (6.56 feet) lower. The car can be seen pulling into a parking spot on the upper level. Just as the driver seems to have parked their large vehicle without incident, it suddenly shoots forwards smashing through a small trees and some bushes, and shooting straight off the upper level of the car park and landing on the lower level. The driver, reportedly a woman, was thankfully helped by some neighbours who her called an ambulance. Her car was damaged, as was another vehicle on the lower level of the car park. An investigation has been opened. Netizen 'Enver Ilata' commented: "Somebody should have told her that the brakes are there to help you stop." And 'Metin Sakarya' added: "Obviously she got her driving licence with money and not with knowledge."
