This mother has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for forcing her seven-year-old daughter to perform sexual acts on a man whilst streaming the abuse on social media.

The sexual abuse took place in the municipality of Valle de Chalco in the state of Mexico in the centre of the country with the same name.

According to The General Attorney’s Office of the State of Mexico (FGJEM), the police investigation found evidence that Ana Gabriela Velasco Perez, no age provided, forced her unnamed seven-year-old daughter to perform sexual acts on a naked man while she recorded the scene.

The exact nature of the sexual acts was not specified.

The FGJEM has also confirmed that the footage was also shared a few days after on social media.

Velasco Perez has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for making and using child pornography aggravated by the fact that that she was the victim’s mother.

She has also been sentenced to pay two fines of 63,367 MXN (2,611 GBP)and 370,006 MXN (15,247 GBP) in damages.

Local media reported that the man was the girl’s step-father named Jose Luis Lopez but this has not been confirmed by local authorities.

It is unclear if the man was arrested.

Reports said the mother was placed in the Huitzilzingo prison in pre-trial detention after she was arrested at the beginning of March 2019 after the FGJEM issued an arrest warrant.
