This is the model who has reportedly been arrested after she allegedly falsely accused AC Milan defender Theo Hernandez of sexual assault.
AC Milan defender Hernandez, 22, was accused of sexual assault by Spanish-Russian model Luisa Kremleva, 24, in 2017.
Despite the serious accusation, he was not detained or arrested and the case was archived by a judge, reportedly two days later.
The Marbella Investigating Court No. 3 reportedly ordered for the search and detention of the model in order to hand her over to the prosecution for the accusation of simulating of a crime.
Local media report the court has also asked for the model to be put in preventative custody after she was arrested on Monday by the National Police who took her to the judge on duty to communicate the charges that she may face.
However, Kremleva has posted a story on her social media denying the reports saying: “1. I have not been detained and much less arrested. 2. I do not have a sentence. 3. The truth will come to light.”
She accused Hernandez of sexually assaulting her in June of 2017 after the footballer allegedly sexually assaulted her at Spanish nightclub Olivia Valere in the city of Marbella.
Kremleva claimed he threw her into his car after a struggle where he continued to sexually assault her, however, a judge archived the case reportedly two days later.
Local media report after the case was dismissed, it was revealed Kremleva had previously accused three other individuals of sexually assaulting her after investigators said that she had made some “serious contradictions.”
It is unclear if there is an open investigation or if Kremleva faces a trial.
Former Real Madrid defender Hernandez signed for AC Milan in July 2019 for a reported 20 million EUR (17,136 GBP).
