Miss Colombia Vows To Get Up And Carry On After Falling On Prosthetic Leg During Boxing Class

This is the moment positive-minded former Miss Colombia Daniella Alvarez stumbles on her prosthetic leg during a boxing lesson and vows to “get up and carry on”.

Alvarez, 32, who was crowned Miss Colombia in 2011 and went on her represent her country at Miss Universe 2012, shared the video on Instagram for her 3.9 million followers.

Alvarez was diagnosed with vascular ischemia, which restricted the blood flow to her feet, especially her left foot, leading to the decision to amputate her lower leg on 13th June 2020.
