This is the shocking moment an armed gang film themselves bursting into a man’s home in front of a screaming woman and young child and shooting him dead as he flees.
The startling scenes were reportedly recorded by the gang members in the city of Aparecida de Goiana in the Brazilian state of Goias.
In the video, an armed thug can be seen sprinting past a woman and small child and into a house where another man is hiding and who then makes a dash for it.
Gunshots can be heard as the topless victim, named in reports as Klayton Silva Sousa, 21, sprints out into the garden.
The armed gang open fire, shooting Sousa down to the ground before walking up to him and firing several times more at point-blank range.
The victim is left lying motionless on the ground as the gang film him and one of the gang can be heard saying: “Where is the video?”
Local media report witnesses have told investigators the victim had been receiving threats for several days but they did not give a motive.
The victim had a criminal record for drug trafficking and illegally carrying a firearm.
Sousa’s body was taken to the Institute of Legal Medicine before being returned to his family.
The investigation is ongoing and no arrests have been reported.
