This is the incredible moment former Scottish Premier League star Juan Jose Camacho leads a guided exercise class for his entire block of flats during the COVID-19 lockdown in Spain.

Former SD Huesca captain Camacho, 39, was filmed giving the exercise class this weekend as Spain was put on lockdown due to the coronavirus outbreak, putting citizens in quarantine across the entire country.

The video shows the moment Camacho does forward lunges next to a yoga mat along the edge of a swimming pool.

The person recording the moment films a wall of balconies from the housing complex facing the pool as several neighbours can be seen imitating the moves being conducted by the former midfielder.

The video was captioned: “Can you imagine that a legend like @Camacho10fssr has livened up his neighbours’ the afternoon by doing sport?
