Drone Carries Loo Roll To Neighbour During Lockdown

This is the hilarious moment a drone is spotted carrying a roll of toilet paper to a neighbour in need during the coronavirus lockdown in Spain.

The incident took place in the neighbourhood of 4 de Marzo, in the city of Valladolid, in the central Spanish region of Castile and Leon and has been widely shared on social media and messaging services.

In the video the drone can be seen flying through the streets of the neighbourhood with a roll of toilet paper hanging below it.

A man who was recording the bizarre scene can be heard saying “say hello, up and down to say yes” and the drone can then be seen moving up and down.

Local media report that the toilet paper was being carried to a resident in the neighbourhood who needed it.

Reports state that toilet paper is one of the most-wanted products in Spanish supermarkets during the coronavirus lockdown.

The video received more than 318,000 views and was widely commented on by netizens, such as ‘CcssOscar’ who wrote: “He should put it (the toilet paper) in quarantine before using it. He will have the life expectancy of COVID-19 on the surface of the paper”.

‘nollevanketchup’ said: “Haha, this is bringing the best out of people”.

‘Orio_Eriole’ added: “If a cop sees it he will fine him… drones cannot be flown like this in the city, unfortunately”.

Spain has reportedly registered 28,768 confirmed cases of COVID-19, with 2,182 deaths. In Castile and Leon, there have been 1,744 cases confirmed cases.
