These images show how Ukrainian special forces used kamikaze drones to destroy Russian armoured recovery vehicles trying to take a Ukrainian Leopard tank from the battlefield.
The footage shows the two Russian armoured recovery vehicles being repeatedly hit by the Ukrainian kamikaze drones.
The images were obtained from the Azov Special Forces Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine on Tuesday, 19th March, along with a statement saying: “They tried to steal a Ukrainian tank and lost two armoured recovery vehicles.
“Two occupiers’ repair and recovery vehicles tried to take a Ukrainian Leopard 2 off the battlefield near Terny.
“The operators of the 12th Azov Brigade’s RUBPAKs foiled the enemy’s plans.
“The FPV drones stopped the enemy armoured recovery vehicles with precise hits to the engine compartments.”
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that between 24th February 2022 and 20th March 2024.
