A male porn star has told how his huge manhood limits opportunities as there are sex acts he can’t perform with his partners.

William Lopes De Sousa, from, Karlsruhe, Germany, boasts that his penis measures 9 inches (23 centimetres) when aroused, leaving many women weak at the knees.

De Sousa said: “Many people feel magically attracted to a large penis and want to touch it or look at it for a long time. They’re impressed, sometimes intimidated – which I think is pretty cool.”

But the 35-year-old reality TV star, known for his role in Germany’s ‘Dating Naked’ game, says his manhood can soon become a monumental turn-off.

Germany’s Bild magazine reports: “He is sexually restricted at times. William has to avoid some practices.”

Despite the occasional comedown, the porn star says the BestFans adult platform has boosted his fortunes.

De Sousa, who boasts more than 37,100 followers on Instagram, said: “I know that I can cater to a wide range of fantasies and sexual preferences for a certain target group.”

Despite most of his followers being gay, he said he is only into women, adding: “But since I’m very open and have a lot to offer, I’m happy when I can put a smile on other people’s faces too.”

But he opened up about the negative side of possessing a massive manhood.

He said: “Envy is definitely an issue. I think it’s a shame that you are judged for showing off your body on TV or on the Internet.

“Actually, it just shows that I’m happy with myself.”
