This video shows Ukrainian recruits repelling an enemy advance on live fire tactical training in the snow with the British Army in the UK this month.

The UK Defence Ministry said in a statement by Ukrainian officials: “Teamwork is necessary for success, Ukrainian recruits are taught to work together in a battle to defeat the enemy.

“See how these new recruits repulse an enemy attack during tactical training with combat shooting in the snow with the British army this month.”

The exercise was part of Operation Interflex which is a British-led multinational military operation to train and support the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

It is a successor to Operation Orbital (2015–2022) and began in July 2022.

Unlike its predecessor, Operation Interflex takes place within the United Kingdom and is supported by contingents from international partners.
