This is the moment a man beats up his lawyer in a cafe and repeatedly kicks him once he is on the floor after accusing him of forging his mother’s signature on her will.

The incident took place in a law school bar in the coastal city of Mar del Plata in the eastern Argentine province of Buenos Aires when Vito Martinelli hired lawyers Martin Ignacio Carmona and Facundo Rosario Onorio to reportedly handle his parent’s Last Will and Testament.

Martinelli, who is a criminal defence lawyer, accused his representatives of faking his 80-year-old mother’s signature to include additional assets in the documents, allowing them to hike up their fee, according to local media.

Martinelli met with Carmona at the bar to discuss the issue, but things became heated and the latter allegedly lashed out at his lawyer.

Reports said that the client intends to report Carmona and his colleague to the authorities.

Meanwhile, the accused has refused to comment on the case and only mentioned to reporters that Martinelli has refused to pay the invoice.

Carmona is also considering taking legal action against his client after reportedly suffering minor injuries during the alleged assault.

In the CCTV footage, Martinelli is wearing a white shirt as he sits across the table from his representative.

He pushes the table and angrily swipes at the papers in front of them before appearing to slap Carmona across the face.

The two lawyers get to their feet and Martinelli pushes Carmona to the floor before kicking him multiple times.

A woman who appears to be a police officer and onlookers then intervene and separate the pair.
