This is the moment a young woman vandalises an expensive barrier at a car park even though they could have left for free as they had only just arrived.

The footage was captured on CCTV camera at the weekend showing the woman in a car with another person in the city of Tyumen, in Russia’s south-western Tyumen Oblast region, as she comes up to the exit barrier.

Apparently realising that they do not have a ticket, a young woman passenger gets out of the vehicle, and then goes up to try and force the barrier out of the way.

She can be seen attempting to lift it up, and apparently not satisfied that it has been raised enough, she then shoves it back down to the ground which clearly break something inside, allowing her to lift it safely out of the way of the vehicle.

The woman then rejoins the vehicle, and she and the driver leave.

The representative of the company operating the car parks expressed bewilderment at the needless act of vandalism.

They said the vehicle in question had been in the car park less than 15 minutes, so the ticket they had would have allowed them to leave without paying anything.

This ticket could have been used to open the barrier even without validation.

Cops confirmed they were looking for the couple, and appealed for help in finding them, saying they would have to pay a fine and the bill for the repairs of the council-owned property.

Netizen ‘Kristina Reshetova’ said: “Why so aggressive? But they made me laugh! Well done!”

And ‘Garik_Makhmetov’ said: “What a strong Russian woman!”
