With Minus Temperatures In Inner Mongolia This Womans Wet Shoes Instantly Stuck To The Freezing Concrete

With temperatures in Inner Mongolia hovering around minus 20 degrees Celsius and still freezing even during the day, this young woman stepped onto the concrete with wet shoes – and the water instantly froze like glue.

The footage was shot after the woman drove out of a car wash where she had been spraying her car clean, in Hulunbuir, which is a region that is governed as a prefecture-level city in north-eastern Inner Mongolia, in northern China.

As the woman stepped out of the vehicle with her wet shoes, she was unable to go any further and almost toppled over.

In the end, unable to move her shoes that were fixed firmly by the ice to the concrete floor, she had to remove them, and then pull them up a bit at a time in order to free them.

Proof of the problem was in the ice-shaped footprint that was left behind after she managed to recover her shoes.

The video was shot by her amused father, identified only by the surname Zhu, who then shared the footage online.
