This ‘witch’ who claimed to be Satan’s daughter and built an alter to worship Lucifer at her home has been found dead with three gunshot wounds and signs of torture.

The body of the victim, known locally as Ma Memije, was taken to the Hospital General de Chilpancingo Dr Raymundo Abarca Alarcon in the municipality of Chilpancingo in the western Mexican state of Guerrero.

Her body was initially examined by forensics experts as a ‘Jane Doe’, but several hours later the authorities confirmed that she was Ma Memije, a known practitioner of black magic rituals and witchcraft, according to local media.

She had reportedly been tortured and shot three times.

According to local media, the victim was carrying out an unspecified assignment outside of town and the police are investigating her movements that day.

Last year, Ma Memije sparked outrage when she built a Satanic altar at her home which included a statue of the Devil, according to local media.

Catholic worshippers reportedly gathered outside her home to protest the altar and erected their own statue of Saint Michael the Archangel in response.

The investigation into the woman’s death is ongoing.
