This is the moment a huge water tornado is filmed off the coast of southern Spain
The footage was recorded off the coast of the province of Cadiz, in the southern Spanish region of Andalusia when a waterspout formed.
In the videos, the waterspout – a tornado over water – can be seen linking the ocean with dark clouds just off the coast of the port of Cadiz.

Another clip shows the waterspout further out to sea.
Local media reported that the waterspout was seen from the city of Tarifa, and the popular beaches of La Caleta and Bolonia in Cadiz.
The waterspout hit the coast of Cadiz during rainstorms which are hitting the province. The waterspout reportedly lasted 10 minutes and no damage has been reported.
According to the State Agency of Meteorology, the weather in the area was unstable until today (Thursday) when weather conditions are expected to improve.
The storms have also hit other parts of the region, such as there was a huge hailstone in the towns of Ronda and San Pedro de Alcantara, in the province of Malaga.
Snow reportedly fell in the Sierra Nevada mountains in the province of Granada, and drivers were ordered to use winter tyres on the A-395 road.
The storms are part of a cold front currently hitting Spain, with the eastern regions of Catalonia and Balearic Islands, with one person reportedly left dead and five missing.
A waterspout is a columnar vortex which occurs over a body of water.
