WATCH MAN: Pervy Prison Warden Installed Secret Camera To See Female Colleagues Using Bathroom At Jail

A pervert working in a prison who put a secret camera in the women’s bathroom so he could film colleagues when they had a shower has finally been fired.

No action was taken against Brazilian social worker Rafael Oswaldo de Carvalho Arantes after he installed a camera in the shampoo dispenser at the prison in the municipality of St Sebastien in the Brazilian state of Sao Paulo.

Video footage released by officials shows the man as he puts the camera in place and then clips of two of the women looking at themselves in the bathroom mirror either before or after having a shower.

He was rumbled when female colleagues became suspicious about the fact he was always asking them if maybe they wanted shower, and offering to stand outside to make sure everybody knew they could not go to the bathroom as it was being used.

One of the victims was Priscila Carvalho Souza, who was horrified that she had been spied on while using the facilities at the jail where she also works as a social worker.

She said: “I remember once seeing his boot under the door and wondering why he was standing there and if he could see me in there?”

“He said he would stand outside the door so we could use the restroom. More than 140 videos were made, which even show that he masturbated while watching the content.”

She said she was outraged that nothing had happened to him until it went public a year later, and his bosses at the Sao Sebastiao Inpatient Unit had now fired him on Wednesday, 1st February.

They said the decision to remove him went part way to properly punish him after he was only prosecuted for secretly taking new images without authorization, and given 300 hours of community service.

The scandal was exposed when the camera was discovered in February last year.

As well as the images on his computer at home, a firearm, ammunition and electronic devices were seized, such as external HDs, where videos had been stored.
