Virginia Man Wins Big On Every One Of His 264 Lottery Tickets Over 2 Draws

A Virginia man has won the top prize for a three-digit combination on every one of his 264 lottery tickets that he bought for two separate draws.

The incredible feat took place in the city of Charlottesville in the US state of Virginia in November 2021 and January this year respectively.

Virginia Lottery said on its website on 3rd February: “It was pretty remarkable when Jalen Taylor won USD 52,000 in a single Pick 3 drawing. The Charlottesville man had 104 tickets, each with the winning three-digit combination of 9-6-0 in the November 18 drawing. So, each of those tickets won the game’s USD 500 top prize.

“It was even more remarkable when he did it again two months later, this time winning USD 80,000. He had 160 tickets with the winning combination of 5-4-2 in the January 10 drawing. Again, each ticket won the USD 500 top prize.

“In those two drawings, Mr Taylor won a total of USD 132,000 in less than two months.”

The lucky winner told Virginia Lottery representatives: “I had a feeling. When you get a feeling, just play!”

Virginia Lottery said: “He bought the tickets for his first win at the Food Lion at 1740 Timberwood Boulevard in Charlottesville. He bought his tickets for his second big win at Harris Teeter, located at 975 Emmet Street in Charlottesville.

“Mr. Taylor said he intends to invest and save his winnings.

“Pick 3 drawings are held daily at 1:59 p.m. and 11 p.m. The top prize for a USD 1 play is USD 500. The chances of matching all three numbers in exact order are 1 in 1,000.”
