The sexy star of the bizarre Russian TV show entitled “Comedy Woman” has notched up over a million views with this strange video in which she and a pal appear to lick the Eiffel Tower like an ice cream.

The video that has notched up over 1.1 million views shows the female comedian star Catherine Barnabas, 34, together with her fellow comedian Yevgeny Borodenko, 35 having fun in the French capital.

The footage shows the pair dressing up, dancing around the streets and in front of the Eiffel Tower where they set the camera up to make it look like the Eiffel Tower is an ice cream sundae which they are licking.

The pair have become major celebrities in Russia since they signed up to take part in the Russian TV to channel TNT show TV show comedy woman, in which Katarina, who was born Ekaterina Varnava, often plays the sexy female roles, while Yevgeny is the good-looking man on the show.

He married his partner, only identified as Igor, at a church in Denmark, with the pictures being published online and causing a scandal in Russia, where homosexuals are facing a surge in persecution.

Also at the wedding were Comedy Woman colleagues like Catherine who all declined to comment when quizzed by Russian media. But despite pressure from some members of the public, the channel which specialises in comedy refused to ditch him and he continued working on the show.

But as the video shows, the two friends are clearly enjoying their time together now on their holiday in Paris in between filming,

Comedy Woman, which premiered in 2008, is still being screened, and unlike the monologue format of the all-male Comedy Club, it frequently includes dances, songs, the characters dressing up and also playing tricks and clowning around.
