Viral Rushing Firemen Slip And Fall On Icy Snow

This viral video seen more than 17 million times shows a group of firefighters slipping and tripping on ice as they rush to their fire engine during a fire alarm.

The amusing clip shows the team of firemen sweeping and shovelling snow on the grounds of their fire station in Yuncheng City, which is in North China’s Shanxi Province.

But the 10 rescuers immediately drop their tools and start running back inside the building when the fire alarm reportedly sounds on 5th January.

In the video, which has attracted thousands of comments online, the uniformed firemen start losing their footing on the snow and ice, with four of them slipping and falling on their backsides.

The footage shows the rescuers tripping one after another but quickly picking themselves up before heading indoors.

The team’s fire engine then leaves the building a reported one minute later as they are dispatched to a fire in the city.

None of the firemen was injured during their falls, and the clip of them rushing to their stations has left netizens heaping praise on the fearless rescuers.

Social media user ‘Peidu Wushuiyin’ wrote on Weibo, China’s equivalent to Twitter: “Respected firemen, I hope you return safely.”

‘Pangpang De Yexiaojun’ added: “Salute our heroes!”

‘Luo66 de Hualu’ said: “That’s both cute and touching.”
