The is the moment a wheelchair user crossing a zebra crossing is sent flying across the tarmac by a van driver who refuses to stop.
The shocking incident occurred in the Karabuk Province in northern central Turkey and was recorded by a CCTV camera.
In the video, a wheelchair user named in reports as Mustafa Koraman, 46, can be seen making his way across a zebra crossing when a black van comes into the shop.

The van driver, named in reports as Murat Gun, does not slow down and crashes straight into Koraman, sending him flying from the wheelchair onto the tarmac.
Another pedestrian just manages to jump out of the way of the van and onlookers then rush to the scene.
Local media report an ambulance was called and Koraman was taken to the Karabuk Research and Training Hospital. His condition is described as stable in reports.
No other injuries have been reported and local police have launched an investigation into the incident. No arrests have been reported.
Karabuk Province is one of the newest provinces of Turkey. Until 1995 it was a district of Zonguldak before it became a province in its own right.
