The car hit the jogger’s top half before crashing into a tree, according to reports.

The local police said the vehicle belongs to F.V.’s 26-year-old friend identified as S.L.

The two women stayed at a friend’s house the night before and F.V. was driving the car home because the owner was feeling tired, according to the police.

Reports said that A. Tju was hospitalised with a shoulder injury and cuts to her face.

Meanwhile, F.V. has been arrested although it is unclear whether she has been charged with a specific offence yet.

In the video footage, the victim is seen jogging next to the central reservation as the speeding car hits the kerb and flies through the air.

The jogger is sent crashing to the ground as the car continues and hits a tree.

The female occupants and several bystanders then check on the motionless victim.
