Ukrainian Forces Target Russian Military Vehicle And Troops On Battlefield

These images show a Russian military vehicle and troops being targeted by Ukrainian ordnance on the battlefield.

The footage begins by reportedly showing a Russian vehicle and a group of Russian soldiers near a forested area by a field that is partially covered in snow.

The area then appears to be hit by Ukrainian ordnance in a series of explosions.

The images were obtained from the Separate Motorized Infantry Brigade of Mariupol of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Saturday, 18th February, along with a statement saying: “A spectacular hit, one of tens of thousands on the account of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

“Western analysts talk about the impossibility of logically explaining the diabolical accuracy of our artillery, the occupiers whine in panic about secret Western guidance technologies, and we know the simple truth.

“It lies in the fact that behind every accurate shot of the ‘Mariupol people’ there is coordinated, like clockwork, the work of artillery reconnaissance, aerial reconnaissance, correction officers, mechanics, gunners – all who selflessly and professionally work for our victory.

“Together we are truly invincible!”

The images were also relayed by the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Sunday, 19th February.

The United States and Ukraine are “still having discussions” about F-16 fighter jets as there is continued pressure to supply Kyiv with warplanes.

Linda Thomas-Greenfield, the US Ambassador to the United Nations, has indicated that Washington could reverse its refusal to provide Ukraine with F-16 jets.

Thomas-Greenfield said on Sunday: “We’re still having discussions on the ground with the Ukrainians. And, again, we have to ensure — and I think Secretary Blinken said this as well — that they have the training necessary and the capacity to use weapon systems that we provide to them.”
