These images show Ukrainian drones dropping bombs on Russian soldiers in snowy trenches.
The footage begins by showing a Russian soldier being targeted under a tree, with a bomb exploding right next to him and apparently injuring him.
The images then show a Russian soldier crawling on the ground after having apparently been injured before the images cut to a drone dropping a bomb on a dugout in a trench.
The footage then appears to show a group of Russian soldiers who have been taken out by Ukrainian firepower, their lifeless bodies lying motionless on the battlefield.
The drone camera pans across a quiet trench before the images cut to another drone bomb being dropped on a Russian soldier in another trench.
The images were obtained from the 109th Separate Mountain Assault Battalion of the 10th Separate Mountain Assault Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on Tuesday, 21st February, along with a statement saying: “We will destroy the enemy until the last projectile, until the last breath.
“Every day, every minute of our lives, until we win! For every soldier, for every Ukrainian, for our cities and villages, for every piece of native land. ‘Black Raven’ series 3 – 109th Separate Mountain Assault Battalion of the 10th Separate Mountain Assault Brigade.”
Russia invaded Ukraine on 24th February 2022 in what the Kremlin is still calling a “special military operation”. Today marks the 365th day of the full-scale war.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that between 24th February 2022 and 23rd February 2023, Russia had lost about 145,850 personnel, 3,350 tanks, 6,593 armoured combat vehicles, 2,352 artillery units, 471 multiple launch rocket systems, 244 air defence systems, 299 warplanes, 287 helicopters, 2,029 drones, 873 cruise missiles, 18 warships, 5,215 motor vehicles and fuel tankers, and 228 units of special equipment.
