TYRED OUT: Suspect Grows Tired From Fleeing The Police And Gives Into Arrest

This footage shows a drunk driver circling about aimlessly trying to escape police officers after ditching them at a red light before finally giving in to the arrest.

The unnamed 35-year-old man is facing numerous charges after he attempted to flee from police in a silver Honda in the city of Oshawa, Canada.

Newsflash obtained the footage from the Durham Regional Police Service, along with a short statement according to which members of the Central West Division observed a silver Honda driving erratically and tried to pull over the vehicle.

Officers tried to do a traffic stop at a red light but the driver sped off.

They were forced to quit chasing after him due to public safety concerns.

Instead, they called in air support and observed his movements from a helicopter above.

Officers on the ground were able to deploy stop sticks, which the suspect soon drove over.

Aerial footage shows he kept driving for as far and as long as he could with a blown-out tyre, taking random turns as his car gradually slowed down.

After coming to a complete stop, the man got out and began running off on foot.

He starts going back and forth between the train tracks and a small wooded area before finally remaining standing by the trees and resigning to his fate.

Officers on the ground soon arrived and were able to arrest the worn-out escapee without incident.

He was charged on multiple counts and was later released on an Undertaking, the police said.
