Twin Brothers Shot Dead At Pharmacy As Women And Young Girl Cower On Floor

This footage allegedly shows a masked gunmen shooting a pharmacy owner dead as two women and a young girl cower on the floor after the shooter reportedly gunned down the man’s twin brother outside.

The double murder took place in the pharmacy owned by twin brothers Rodrigo Paulo Cabral and Romulo Paulo Cabral, 42, on Avenida Brasil in the neighbourhood of Compensa in the city of Manaus in the Brazilian state of Amazonas on the night of Wednesday, 27th October.

According to the news site Em Tempo, one brother was killed inside the pharmacy while his twin was murdered outside.

A third brother, named Rodolfo, reportedly escaped from the pharmacy during the shooting. The news site Portal CM7 reported that, according to preliminary information, Rodolfo was also a target of the attack.

After the murders, two men, including the alleged gunman, were filmed fleeing the scene on a motorbike.

In the footage caught on the pharmacy’s security camera, a woman, a child and a store worker are seen hitting the deck as one of the victims runs inside followed by the masked gunman.

He apparently fires multiple times before following the victim down an aisle out of shot. He then leaves the pharmacy as the three females cower in fear.

Local media did not report on a suspected motive for the shooting, and the victims’ family is said to be shaken by the attack.

The incident is being investigated by the Specialised Police in Homicide and Kidnapping (DEHS).

Meanwhile, the brothers’ bodies have been taken to the morgue to undergo autopsies.
