Russian TV sex guru Anfisa Chekhova has been praised for showing women how best to pose if they have a plus-size figure.
The curvy 42-year-old actress and presenter of the popular TV show ‘Sex with Anfisa Chekhova’, which earned her the ‘sex guru’ moniker, posted a series of poses on Instagram for her army of 1.7 million followers.
The Russian TV star explained: “Some of my followers tell me I look larger in videos than photos.”
Chekhova said that video cameras add an extra 10 pounds and decided to share some tips on how to pose for the best slimming effects.
The sex guru remarked: “A good pose can significantly reduce body proportions, it will highlight your hips, make your waist look thinner and cover your belly.”
She then added that every plus-size woman should know their body well and find poses that best compliment their shape.

The 42-year-old divorcee likes to post raunchy photos on social media as her now ex-husband used to forbid it, according to the pretty redhead.
