Turkish Perv, 56, Arrested For Sending Nude Snaps To Canadian Girl, 14, After Victims Mum Called Cops

A 56-year-old Turkish man has been arrested for sending nude snaps to a 14-year-old girl in Canada on Instagram.

The victim’s mother reported the suspect to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) after he allegedly harassed the girl online and he was tracked down and detained in Turkey with the help of Interpol.

Cyber molestation, also known as online child abuse, is a distanced and mostly anonymous form of abuse that can occur through a variety of forms such as cyber-bullying and grooming.

The worried Canadian mother said the man had sent her teen daughter sexually explicit messages, nude photos of himself, and asked her to undress on Instagram Live.

As a result of the investigation initiated by the RCMP, it was determined that the suspect was based in Turkey.

With the cooperation of Interpol, the suspect was reported to the Department of Combating Cybercrime of the General Directorate of Security of Turkey, and an investigation was initiated.

As a result of the probe launched by the Turkish police, agents of the Samsun Police Department’s Anti-Cyber Crime Branch, under the coordination of the Samsun Public Prosecutor’s Office, arrested the suspect, identified as 56-year-old M. K., at his home in the district of Atakum in the province of Samsun.

During a search of the suspect’s flat, digital equipment and materials were seized for analysis.

The investigation continues.
