This is the moment a young woman is thrown to the floor and dragged by her hair by a man allegedly robbing her and her friend.

The incident took place at the entrance of a building located in the South neighbourhood of the city of Santa Fe, in the northern Argentine province of the same name, when the two victims, aged 19 and 22 years old, were going into the building.

In the video, the pair can be seen walking into the building when a man comes up behind them and wrestles one of the girls to the floor.

He then drags her to the front door by her hair and repeatedly punches her. He reportedly stole her mobile phone and he can be seen demanding her friend’s phone too as he holds the victim to ransom.

After her friend also hands over her phone the thug runs away and the girls can be seen pushing the door shut.

The father of one of the teen girls said to local media that “we are very concerned in the neighbourhood because lot of robberies have taken place on the corners, at the front door of the house and in the parking place”.

Local media reported that the police are investigating the case but no arrests have been reported.
