This is the moment three women walk into a health clinic and attack a man accompanying a patient with a knife – cornering him and leaving blood splattered on the walls.
The incident took place in the Local Cartagena health clinic in the neighbourhood of Nuevo Bosque, in the city of Cartagena on the northern Colombian Caribbean coast region.
In the video, patients can be seen in a waiting room when a security guard opens the door and the lets three women in.
The woman immediately march towards a topless man and one of them pulls out a knife.
Onlookers run to safety as the man lifts up a bench to protect himself.
The three women eventually corner the man and one of them can be seen hacking at him with the blade.
Blood can be seen on on the wall’s of the clinic as the man runs to safety and the security guard moves the women on.
The manager of the clinic Roque Bosco said the women pretended to be patients to be allowed into the clinic.
He added: “The incidents happening in our health system are sad. The system is working to save lives and attend to citizens. We reject fights inside our health centre from any point of view.”
He confirmed that police were called to the scene but no arrests have been reported.
The cause of the attack is unclear.
