An influencer with tens of millions of online followers has been slammed for taking her baby daughter on a dangerous jet ski ride.

Indonesian influencer Ria Ricis – known online just as Ricis – boasts nearly 33 million followers on Instagram and close to 31 million subscribers on YouTube.

She uses her social media pages to share tender snaps and videos with her husband Ryan and their baby daughter Moana.

But she was not expecting such a fierce backlash when she posted an image of the couple grinning widely as they lifted Moana in the air atop a jet ski off Bali.

This was accompanied by a video showing Ryan steering the watercraft with one arm and holding a terrified-looking Moana in the other.

As the three-month-old youngster gripped her dad tightly in terror, Ria could be heard whooping in enjoyment as her husband picked up speed.

Netizens were quick to point out that Moana was not wearing a life vest and called her parents irresponsible.

One wrote about the influencer: “She makes content about everything. Since she has had the child, everything becomes content.

“Income is steady, her child’s safety is put to the side.”

Another commented: “She is a famous YouTuber in Indonesia. She turns everything into content.

“So I wouldn’t be shocked that she would endanger her child just to make content.”

According to the United States Coast Guard, a child should weigh at least 18 lb and should be fitted with a personal flotation device when going on any boat.
