This is the moment people standing on the bank laugh as two teens try to retrieve a football from a canal, unaware that they are struggling to stay afloat and a short while later they drown.

According to reports, a third person then went into the stream to try to help his friends and he also got into trouble in the water.
He ended up being rescued by locals and taken to a local emergency hospital where he was seen to by doctors.
The police were called to the scene, but by the time they arrived, the two teens could no longer be seen.
