This is the moment a teenage girl driver hits three minors on a crossing and kills two of them while allegedly looking at her phone.
The incident took place on Aviatorov Street in the western Russian city of Moscow on 16th July.
The blonde teen motorist, Valeria Bashkirova, aged 18, was driving her Mazda at between 40 and 50kph when she hit the children, according to local media.

Some Russian reports said that she admitted she was using her mobile phone at the time.
Two children, aged five and three, died in hospital of their injuries while a nine-month-old baby in a stroller suffered a concussion and a closed brain injury.
The two young victims, both boys, were on a bike and a scooter when the Mazda ploughed into them on the crossing.

It has been confirmed that Bashkirova was not driving under the influence and that she will remain under house arrest for the next two months as the investigation continues.
If convicted, she could face up to five years in prison.
Meanwhile, many Russian netizens were left angry that the teenager was not remanded in custody.

Netizen ‘Igor Maltsev’ commented: “I would like to ask officials of the judiciary, are you ready to look the public in the eye and show us justice?”
