This blushing bridge who hit the headlines due to her towering height over her short hubby has defiantly told haters that they are very much in love and “fit each other like a cookie”.

The couple got married at the ACK Emmanuel Church in the town of Karatina in the central Kenyan county of Nyeri.

Beautiful bride Lilian Mwangi told the newspaper Jabez that she is not embarrassed by being much taller than her husband and that they are both madly in love.

She wrote on Facebook: “Is it height or shortness the disability?

Mwangi added: “We always fit each other like a cookie.”

According to Jabez, Lilian has been with her partner Mwangi Wawira for four and a half years.

She said: “We met at our friend’s wedding… He requested my number which I didn’t give easily but I still gave it before the end of the wedding.”

Lilian went on to say that they are overjoyed and having a wonderful honeymoon, adding: “To singles, I am telling you, you are missing something good.”

Facebook user ‘Sally Wangui’ commented: “Congratulations to them.”

Netizen ‘Collins Muturi’ said: “I love the courage in the man.”
